Open concept living/dining, all facing onto the gorgeous Ligurian Sea. The house is laid out on 2 floors. The outdoor space is for your own private and exclusive use and nobody will share the pool or garden with you. The pool is on the top level of the garden. There are 2 separate apartments in the villa for you and they are stacked on top of each other. They are linked by an external staircase. The top one has a large living/dining, chef’s kitchen with outdoor dining and jacuzzi, 2 double bedrooms and a triple room with bunkbeds. Each bedroom has its own ensuite with walk in rain showers. On the deck is a jacuzzi overlooking the sea.

The lower apartment has 2 more spacious bedrooms, each with large ensuite bathrooms as above. There is an open concept living room and a full kitchen as well as another outdoor dining space here, and a pretty garden.

Below, at the entrance to the house, you will find the 2 private parking garages. There is no problem for large cars to park.

The pool and the little sandy beach are on the top level of the garden.

The entire villa is laid out on 3 floors. The house is only for our guests’ exclusive use.

The top floor is not available for rent, nor will it be occupied by anyone during your stay. This is where the owners keep their things and it will be closed and not occupied during your stay. We understand that privacy and peace and quiet are a must for our guests. There is a full time gardener and staff who look after the property. Housekeeping can be arranged upon request.

This location is ideal for exploring the Italian Riviera. You are only a few minutes away from the highway making it easy to reach us from airports. Milan is a couple of hours away and Genoa is about a half an hour from the house.

Trains and ferry boats connect the area well to Portofino, Santa Margherita, Camogli, Cinque Terre and many more. We will happily make recommendations to help you plan your itinerary. We offer our guests a detailed guidebook and concierge services.

 Verified We loved staying at 33 al Mar Villa. The villa had everything. There is no need to rush anywhere. The garden is beautiful and well designed. We felt like in our own home but switched our lake view over to the bay view in Rapallo ✨ I want to add that the bunk bed room is so much more spacious then the photos show! It's HUGE and good beds! Elena and her team were very friendly and helpful and ready to assist with anything if needed. 100% Loved it! Like my youngest said "best time ever!" 🧡 - Cordiali saluti ✨

 Verified This was our third time in Rapallo. The first two times we stayed at the Grand Hotel Bristol in Rapallo and this was our first time renting a house in Rapallo. We were nervous to say the least since we never rented a house before anywhere. Since we were four couples we decided to rent a house rather than getting 4 rooms in a hotel.For the past 30 years we typically like to travel with style and luxury to Europe and we stayed at many five star hotels and resorts. This is by far, other than London’s Langham Hotel, the most exclusive and luxurious spots we ever stayed in Europe and North America! The location was incredible and private! It was a brand new modern construction of a three story property. The views were stunning from the house! The interior design was unbelievably beautiful! The photos you see online does not do this house justice. You need to see it to believe it!Elana the super host was very responsive and helpful! She provided first class service!  Verified We loved our stay in Rapallo! The town was great with many restaurants and shops. Rapallo is also centrally located to portofino/sml and the cinque terre area with easy travel by train and ferry. The house and view were both amazing! The house was large, modern and well appointed! We loved sitting on the patio and near the pool enjoying the amazing view! Our group included 3 families with 5 teenage boys and there was plenty of room to fit all comfortably.The property was at the top of a hill, allowing for great views, but which also meant a steep walk back uphill from town . The walk was short and relatively easy downhill. That said, our group did the walk at least once daily. Elana and team were great! Overall a great stay!

 Verified This villa was incredibly beautiful, peaceful, thoughtfully appointed, just wonderful all around!! Elana was so helpful and kind, always available to give us suggestions of where to go or how to get there.We couldn’t have asked for more with our family of 7, including young children.The kids especially loved the pool and private beach.The promenade in Rapallo is a quick drive down the hill too.Can’t say enough wonderful things about this home and area.
