There is a private swimming pool with exclusive use for our guests and the 3 other neighbouring houses in the gated complex.

There is a private garden on 2 levels and a large terrace with a ping pong table for your exclusive use.

Parking spaces for 3 cars.

At the end of each week all towels and beddings will also be changed at no additional charge. Included in the rate is 1 cleaning/week. Daily housekeeping/cooking services are also available upon request. Should you require further housekeeping services, please ask for further information and for rates.

Be close to Portofino, in a private villa, with a swimming pool that is shared with only a few other residents in the private, gated community. You will be living within a short walk to everything.

Nearby beaches include; Miramare, La Valletta, Regina Elena, and the exclusive Paraggi (sandy beach).

Lovely 18 hole golf course in nearby Rapallo (approx. 15 minutes from the villa).

Tennis nearby, ask about renting paddle boards, motorboats, kayaks, snorkelling, spa services, private beach clubs.

Located just above the lively town of Santa Margherita with a private road leading directly to the house. This is the town just before Portofino. It is a beautiful walk and takes about an hour.

Explore the Italian Riviera, hiking trails, Camogli, Portofino, San Fruttuoso and the nearby Cinque Terre – all from a home base. This beautiful home is set within the Portofino Natural Park, and you can take wonderful country walks and reach the nearby villages of Nozarego, the exclusive beaches and magnificent bay of Paraggi, the famous Portofino, and the lovely town of San Fruttuoso. Park your car and make your way around this marvelous area by foot, by train, by ferry or private taxi boat. Full concierge services are available to make your stay magical and stress free.

 Verified Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa. Besonders traumhaft ist der Ausblick. Einer der schönsten Ausblicke, die ich kenne. Sogar nachts ist er ein Genuss.Die Villa war für uns perfekt. Die Jugendlichen hatten ihren eigenen Bereich im Gartenhaus.Tatsächlich waren wir kein einziges Mal abends in einem Restaurant, denn kein Platz wäre schöner gewesen, als die Terrasse. Die Betreuung durch Elana, Nisa und Riccardo ging weit über das hinaus, was wir erwartet hätten. Die Empfehlungen -ob für einen Bootstag oder eine Weinhandlung waren sehr gut. Die drei waren immer erreichbar und haben uns umgehend unterstützt. Als mein Sohn am Ende seinen Pass im Haus vergessen hatte, haben sie alles organisiert, damit wir ihn rechtzeitig vor dem Abflug zurückerhielten. Herzlichen Dank dafür!  Verified We loved staying at 33 al Mar Villa. The villa had everything. There is no need to rush anywhere. The garden is beautiful and well designed. We felt like in our own home but switched our lake view over to the bay view in Rapallo ✨ I want to add that the bunk bed room is so much more spacious then the photos show! It's HUGE and good beds! Elena and her team were very friendly and helpful and ready to assist with anything if needed. 100% Loved it! Like my youngest said "best time ever!" 🧡 - Cordiali saluti ✨

 Verified Our family had a truly magical stay. After our original Airbnb had a last minute issue that couldn’t be solved before check-in, Elana went above and beyond to help us find this stay.  Verified This is a truly magical place! The photos don’t even match the beautiful views and surroundings, especially when sitting on the patio or looking out the windows from the top of the tower. There’s so much history within the tower, so I’d definitely recommend reading the book about the place written by one of the family members (on the upstairs coffee table). Great place to be based to explore Portofino and nearby town (convenient to the ferry). Just be prepared for lots of stairs - great for us to burn off all the delicious food we ate, but might be more challenging for some. Highly recommend!

 Verified Elana was wonderful. So very responsive and helpful! Great views from the top floor (5 floors- entry on one floor, kitchen on another, bedrooms on another, terrace on another, so be prepared for lots & lots of stair climbing!). Way too cluttered and in need of refresh. Good AC and great washer & dryer! ( No microwave, only stove top or oven). Tunnel is a godsend ( although broke down the last day). The home provides a place to get away from the crowds below, albeit they walk by the ground floor constantly throughout the day. Get out on the top floor terrace early in the morning as some neighbors literally burn their refuse ( possibly landscape clippings, grass?) outside during the day.
