Villa Golfo Paradiso is the ideal location for a family vacation or a quiet retreat. Every detail has been thought out in order to ensure you feel completely At Home while vacationing on the Italian Riviera. The entire house and surrounding garden, infinity pool and grounds are for your private and exclusive use. The sea views from the house wrap around the Golf of Paradise. You will be able to see the mountain of Portofino, the Ligurian Sea, and the stretch of the coast, all the way to France!
The property is set within a gated, private complex of private villas. You can easily visit Camogli, Portofino and the Cinque Terre from the house.
There are no access issues for larger cars and SUVs. There is parking in front of the house in the private driveway, and additional parking for extra cars across the road. The outdoor space boasts a swimming pool facing onto the sea, pizza oven, bbq, outdoor dining and olive groves.
On the Main Floor of the house you will find the Living/Dining Room with walkouts to the terrace. The Kitchen is fully loaded and also has access to the laundry area and a walkout to the terrace. This entire floor is flooded with light, and the interior space flows beautifully onto the garden.
On the Main Floor you have the Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a second double bedrooms which has it’s own bathroom. There is a private Study on this level, with views onto the sea and the olive grove.
On the Upper Floor you have a large Suite with a double living room, and an additional bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a The Second Double Bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The architecture is playful and the sea views are breathtaking.
Everything has been recently renovated using the finest materials. The house is decorated with a mix refurbished antiques and modern design furniture making it a unique expression of Italian tradition and design. The villa was expanded and completely renovated for the owner’s own use in 2023. The villa is open for bookings from Mid June to end of August and enjoyed by the owners during the other months. The home has been carefully set up for comfortable living, rather than just as a vacation home. The house is entirely air-conditioned and particularly well-finished with the finest fixtures and furnishings of high quality.
The location is ideal as you are a quick 10 minute drive from the highway exit. The house is within a short ride to the nearby charming towns of Santa Margherita, Camogli, Portofino and Rapallo. The plus of this location is that it is completely outside of the chaos, and yet within close reach to everything.
