Everything has been thought out and looked after in this newly finished Villa. Perfect for 1 or 2 families who want to come together and relax on The Italian Riviera in a stylish and comfortable home, fully loaded with Pool, Garden and Seaview.

There is room for everyone to spread out, sunbathe on the pool deck, play ping pong, basketball, bocce, and more.

There is nothing missing in this beautifully designed and newly built private home. The ground floor is welcoming and inviting and opens up onto the beautiful garden. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and open concept living dining, den and powder room. Off the kitchen, there is an outdoor kitchen as well fully equipped with wood burning PIZZA OVEN and BBQ.

On the upper floor, you have 3 double bedrooms all with pretty views and 2 large bathrooms, one with tub and the other with shower. The lower level offers another double bedroom with bathroom and a room which can be used as a playroom/den but which also has a very comfortable new double pull out couch.

Outdoor private Swimming Pool with extensive grounds, basket ball pitch and bocce field, and ping pong table, yoga mats, treadmill, and stationary spin bike. Please ask us about setting up sessions with a qualified and licensed personal trainer.

Exclusive use of pool and garden. There is also parking with easy access even for SUVs and larger cars.

In a quiet and private context. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, cafes and bars. Not far from town, but away from the crowds. Surrounded by other beautiful homes in a quiet residential area. Bus stops nearby entrance to the house. Reach the town on foot in 15-20 minutes by way of pedestrian path, or by car in just over 5.

 Verified Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa. Besonders traumhaft ist der Ausblick. Einer der schönsten Ausblicke, die ich kenne. Sogar nachts ist er ein Genuss.Die Villa war für uns perfekt. Die Jugendlichen hatten ihren eigenen Bereich im Gartenhaus.Tatsächlich waren wir kein einziges Mal abends in einem Restaurant, denn kein Platz wäre schöner gewesen, als die Terrasse. Die Betreuung durch Elana, Nisa und Riccardo ging weit über das hinaus, was wir erwartet hätten. Die Empfehlungen -ob für einen Bootstag oder eine Weinhandlung waren sehr gut. Die drei waren immer erreichbar und haben uns umgehend unterstützt. Als mein Sohn am Ende seinen Pass im Haus vergessen hatte, haben sie alles organisiert, damit wir ihn rechtzeitig vor dem Abflug zurückerhielten. Herzlichen Dank dafür!  Verified Great and well furnished house with a beautiful view over the sea, surrounding hills and Santa Margherita. Has another house attached to it but it was empty during or stay so we had a lot of privacy.

 Verified Breathtaking mountain and sea views from this villa perched along the hillside. The bedrooms in the villa worked very well for our family of 7 (with spouses and fiance's) offering an additional cottage on the grounds. Loved that all the beds were king sized. Villa was exceptionally clean! Despite the wet weather, we were able to get the outdoor wood burning pizza oven working for the one night we elected to enjoy the property for dining. So many great restaurants, and of course while in Italy ~ hard to not eat out and explore the villages nearby every day and night. But I encourage anyone staying at the villa to enjoy the onsite amenities: pool, outdoor dining, the lovely courtyard featuring outdoor ovens built into a stone wall, ping pong table, the yard, the views, so much to enjoy! Plenty of parking for all of us as we arrived at different times/days so we had 3 cars. Elana and team were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and suggestions. Highly recommend!

 Verified Awesome villa. The pool, yard, view, house and everything else are amazing. 5 full bedrooms by my count (a mix of twins and queens; one of those is in a guest house by the pool which has a full kitchen and is 2 floors, very nice). The walk to town is 15-20 mins on an easy to find, but moderate-to-difficult to walk path. Going down isn’t bad, but going up is strenuous (you’ll be sweating in summer). At night time it can shaky/unsafe walking conditions due to lack of visibility and broken steps. Taxis are fairly expensive and can be unreliable or difficult to coordinate. Best option by far is to rent vespas - it is affordable and unlocks the true value of the villa when you can easily get to and from town and the surrounding areas with no hassle! Renting a car works too. The Host is amazing. Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Loved it!

 Verified Sehr schöne Lage, tolles Haus für bis zu 10 Erwachsenen. Küche etwas klein und chaotisch bzgl Tools, zu wenig Wäscheständer, Bade/Küchentücher für die Anzahl Leute.Fast jeden Tag kam ein Techniker sowie die Gärtner. War uns etwas zu viel. Aber in Summe sehr schön und gut für eine Gruppe Leute.

 Verified Our stay here was magical.The villa has beautiful living spaces and a fabulous pool with a knock out view. We also appreciated the great kitchen, the extensive balcony and games room. Most of all Elana made the stay super special. It was as if we had an efficient and reliable best friend in Santa. We went with her recommendations on boat rental, taxi firms and restaurants.  Verified We travel to Italy with friends and family at least annually. The house exceeded our expectations. We are a family of foodies and the kitchen was well outfitted; the Pizza over and wood grill were big pluses. Elana is a great host and went beyond what we could have expected. Her recommendations were perfect!
