Drive into your own private garage which has an electric charger. At the back of the house, you have room for scooters and bikes as well. There are 2 outdoor terraces. One is a cozy corner for outdoor dining and the other is  a solarium/terrace with a retractable awning for shade.

You enter the house from a private entrance, or by the private garage, across from the Paraggi beach. The Master Bedroom and second bedroom are on the main floor, as well as 2 bathrooms. On the Upper Level, you have an open concept living/dining space, with 2 terraces, and a third bathroom. There is also a loft space with a study area. Here there is a pull out bed with 2 twin beds.

The beach across from the house is home to the Dior Bagni Fiore owned by the Belmond Splendido, and the fabulous Langosteria restaurant as well as Bagni Bosetti, and Le Carillon beach clubs. Paraggi beach is the most famous sandy beach in the Portofino area. Just around the bay you will also find the gorgeous bay of Niasca where you can also rent kayaks, and paddle boards, etc.
