This family home is located directly across the way from the most beautiful beach on the Portofino Coast. Tourists flock to the area to swim in the crystalline blue waters of the bay of Paraggi. It is an experience you will never forget. This family home is cozy and welcoming and with all the comforts of home. Drive into your own private garage which has an electric charger. There are 2 outdoor terraces.
You enter the house from a private entrance, or by the private garage, across from the Paraggi beach. The Master Bedroom and second bedroom are on the main floor, as well as 2 bathrooms. On the Upper Level, you have an open concept living/dining space, with 2 terraces, and a third bathroom. There is also a loft space with a study area. Here there is an extra double bed.
There is a cozy corner for outdoor dining and a second one which ha a retractable awning for shade.
The house is for your own private and exclusive use.
The beach across from the house is home to the Dior Bagni Fiore, and the fabulous Langosteria restaurant as well as Bagni Bossetti, and Le Carillon beach clubs. Paraggi beach is the most famous sandy beach in the Portofino area. Just around the bay you will also find the gorgeous bay of Niasca where you can also rent kayaks, and paddle boards, etc.
