This floor includes two double bedrooms, a single bedroom with garden views, and two full bathrooms. French doors lead directly to the villa’s lush outdoor spaces, including the pool area, patio, and BBQ zone.

Charming Guest House (Adjacent):

Ideal for friends or extended family, this separate unit offers two additional bedrooms (1 double, 1 single), a full bathroom, and its own sense of privacy, while still connected to the heart of the property. On the terrace, enjoy al fresco meals with a view over the sea below.

Penthouse & Romantic Loft Suite (Upper Level):

Reached by stairs from the garden, the luxurious penthouse boasts panoramic sea views, a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, and a large chef’s kitchen complete with a breakfast nook. The bathroom offers a shower with views over Portofino. Above, the loft suite offers a dreamy hideaway with a romantic bedroom, and a small extra room for small children, and a full bathroom.
