Elana is extremely profession and welcoming host! I had a few questions prior to arrival and during my stay and she was very helpful, made the stay so much easier !! Response time is fast which makes it so easy to communicate. Overall is was a perfect stay! The place is stunning ! The very heart of portofino , spacious with so many windows, very recently renovated and all the facilities are there. Didn’t have an issue once. I highly recommend this place! And all the others offered by Elana 🙂
