The main villa has 3 double bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and the dependance has a gorgeous terrace, with an additional 3 bedrooms, kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.

There is a solarium with astounding views over the Gulf of Tigullio.

You will have access to all the outdoor space within this vast property. The outdoor dining area is also private. The solarium is for your private use. The large terrace and the BBQ are also available for your enjoyment.

There is an outdoor shower in case you want to refresh without going down to the beach.
