Sea facing Rustic Farmhouse, approx. 200 m. from the historic center of Monterosso al Mare, part of the Cinque Terre in the province of La Spezia. The farmhouse is approx. 132 mq. and has approx. 6000 mq. of land with lemon, citrus and olive groves, and was historically cultivated as a Vineyard. The conditions and exposure lend to the production of the highly prized local passito wine “Sciacchetrà”. The Southern exposure makes it ideal for growing crops as well as offering a sunny environment, facing onto the gulf of the 5 Terre. It is just a short walk to the beaches (approx. 600 m). The pathway continues to the Sanctuary of Soviore which overlooks the town of Monterosso.

At the moment, there is no direct vehicle access, the municipality and the park of the Cinque Terre have approved an intervention to rehabilitate the path up to Soviore, a project that could also provide for a vehicular use for agricultural vehicles or, at least, small vehicles.
